Transform Your Organization from Within

Strong company values are the foundation of any successful organization. As your company grows, your values must evolve too.  Depending on your needs, Dr. Booher will run a bottoms-up values creation process, top down, or a hybrid of the two.  Once the values are in place, she will provide a Values Integration Plan to embed the values in the organization.

Dr. Booher's Process

Discovery Phase

Conduct in-depth interviews with key leaders to understand the company’s vision, mission, and strategic objectives, and gather insights from employees at all levels through focus groups to identify existing cultural strengths and areas for improvement.

Values Exploration Workshops

Organize focus groups across different departments to discuss and refine these value propositions from the employees’ perspective.

Synthesis and Alignment

Present the synthesized values to both leadership and employees for feedback and final adjustments, ensuring alignment and buy-in.

Values Development

Collaboratively refine and finalize the core values with employees from all levels of the organization, and validate the proposed values through additional feedback loops and iterations to ensure they resonate with the entire organization.

Values Integration Plan

Develop a comprehensive plan to integrate the core values into all aspects of the organization, including policies, procedures, and daily operations, and outline specific, actionable steps for each department to adopt and promote these values.

Execution and Support

Provide training sessions and workshops to educate employees about the new values and how to embody them in their roles, and offer continuous support and resources to help embed the values deeply within the organizational culture.
